Perello Gordal Picante Olives are large, fleshy green table olives from Seville, Andalusia. The olives are pitted and preserved in a savoury brine with pieces of Guindilla chilli, giving them a crisp bite and noticeable but balanced heat. Serve as a tapas snack or pair with jamón ibérico, Manchego, almonds, beer, dry sherry or a dirty martini. Ingredients include water, green pitted olives, chilli, salt, flavour enhancers, citric acid, ascorbic acid and potassium sorbate. Contains sulphites and may contain traces of almonds and fish. Refrigerate in a non-metallic container after opening, keep covered with brine and consume within seven days.
