Super Mercato was founded by brothers Anthony and James Simonetta, founders of XtraClubs, alongside their father, Michael Simonetta, who started Perfection Fresh—the fresh-produce company known for bringing Broccolini to Australia.
Our family has worked in fruit and vegetables for more than 75 years. Across generations, we have learned that good food begins with exceptional produce, trusted growers and an uncompromising respect for quality.
We created Super Mercato for people who care about their health but refuse to compromise on flavour. It is a modern Mediterranean grocer where fresh produce sits at the centre and every product is selected to support the way you want to eat, feel and live.

From something ready to eat now to a full grocery shop planned ahead, we deliver across Sydney’s eastern suburbs seven days a week.
- Eat Now: Prepared food from our kitchen, delivered as soon as it is ready, typically within 20 to 40 minutes
- Shop: Groceries delivered in a window you choose
