Acide Pickled Florence Fennel is made with finely sliced fennel bulbs preserved in a bright apple cider vinegar brine with sea salt, sugar, fennel seeds, garlic and mustard seeds. Crisp, aromatic and lightly sweet, it adds fresh acidity and crunch to grilled fish, oysters, salads, sandwiches and charcuterie boards. The 500g jar contains approximately 14 serves.
