Rustichella d'Abruzzo Pappardelle Rigate is a wide, egg-free ribbon pasta made from durum wheat semolina and water. Its ridged, porous surface helps sauces cling to every strand, making it particularly well suited to slow-cooked meat ragù, wild mushrooms, or fresh tomato and basil. Produced in Italy by a fourth-generation family pasta maker using traditional bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures.
