De Cecco Penne Rigate No. 41 is made in Italy from durum wheat semolina using De Cecco’s traditional method, including a rough pasta die and slow drying at low temperature. The ridged, quill-shaped tubes hold tomato, vegetable and meat sauces particularly well and are also ideal for arrabbiata and oven-baked pasta dishes. Cook for approximately 12 minutes, or 10 minutes for al dente.
