Mancini Spaghettoni is made in Italy from durum wheat grown directly by the Mancini agricultural company. The pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried for 44 hours at temperatures between 36°C and 46°C. Each substantial strand measures approximately 2.6mm in diameter and 260mm long, delivering a robust al dente bite ideal for rich tomato sauces, ragù and traditional preparations such as amatriciana. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina and water. Cooking time: 11–13 minutes. May contain traces of mustard and soy.
