De Cecco Bucatini No. 15 is a long, round pasta with a hollow centre, traditionally associated with Naples and especially suited to all’Amatriciana. Made in Italy from durum wheat semolina and water, it is drawn through rough bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperature for a porous surface, firm texture and excellent sauce capture. Cook for approximately 11–14 minutes, or about 9 minutes for al dente, following the pack directions.
