Small, flavour-rich mackerel wild-caught off the Portuguese coast using small-scale purse seine methods. The fish is hand-filleted and traditionally packed in certified organic extra virgin olive oil with sea salt. Each 120g BPA-free tin has an 85g drained weight and provides protein and naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acids.
