Pons JANIROC Organic Arbequina EVOO is produced exclusively from estate-grown Arbequina olives harvested early in October in Lleida, Catalonia. Five generations of the Pons family have cultivated olives on these elevated, calcareous-soil estates. This certified organic, single-varietal oil offers fragrant floral and fresh-grass aromas, delicate green fruitiness and a balanced, slightly peppery finish. Best enjoyed raw as a finishing oil for fish, seafood, salads, vegetables and bread.
