Pons JANIROC Lecciana is a certified-organic, single-varietal extra virgin olive oil produced from early-harvest Lecciana olives grown on the Pons family estate in Lleida, Catalonia. Cold-extracted shortly after harvest, it offers aromas of freshly cut grass, fig leaf and young almond, followed by balanced bitterness, almond and banana sweetness, and a lingering peppery finish. Use as a finishing oil with burrata, soft cheeses, carpaccio, fish tartare, steamed vegetables, white meats or toasted bread.
