Produced by the Pons family in L’Albagés, Lleida, this certified-organic, single-varietal extra virgin olive oil is made from early-harvest Koroneiki olives grown on the family estate. Aromatic and vibrant, it offers notes of freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, apple and fennel, followed by medium bitterness, progressive pepperiness and a fresh, minty sensation. Best enjoyed raw as a finishing oil over salads, fresh fruit, ice cream, dark chocolate and other dishes.
