Created in tribute to the fifth generation of the Pons family, JANIROC Arbosana is a certified organic, single-varietal extra virgin olive oil made from early-harvest Arbosana olives grown on the family estates in Lleida, Catalonia. It has a vibrant, herbaceous character with balanced bitterness and a clean peppery finish. Enjoy it raw as a finishing oil over tomato bread, salads, carpaccio, pasta, vegetables and white meats.
