Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna is made in Spain from yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), selected for its flavour and firm, tender texture. Traditionally prepared and packed in olive oil with salt, the 220g jar contains 150g drained weight. Enjoy in salads, sandwiches, pasta, tapas or served simply with crusty bread. Once opened, refrigerate covered and keep the tuna submerged in oil; consume within five days.
