Ortiz Anchovy Fillets are made in Spain from wild-caught Cantabrian anchovies. Traditionally matured for at least six months, each anchovy is carefully filleted by hand and packed in olive oil. The 47.5g tin contains 29g drained weight and is ideal for pintxos, salads, pasta, pizza and sauces. Ingredients: anchovy fillets (58%), olive oil (35%) and salt. Contains fish. Once opened, refrigerate with the anchovies fully covered in olive oil and consume within five days.
