Love Tea Sleep is a naturopath-designed loose-leaf herbal blend with an earthy, smooth and slightly sweet flavour, finished with refined spearmint notes. It combines certified organic valerian root, liquorice root, spearmint, chamomile, passionflower and lavender. Use one heaped teaspoon (approximately 2.5g) per 250ml cup, infuse in filtered water at 75–85°C for 3–5 minutes or longer, then strain. The ingredients are sourced from Egypt, India, Poland and China, then blended and hand packed in Victoria, Australia. The inner plant-based cellophane pouch and recycled-cardboard box are home compostable. Contains liquorice root, which the manufacturer advises is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with hypertension.
