Love Tea Sleep is a gentle, caffeine-free evening infusion with earthy botanical notes, subtle sweetness and a refined mint finish. The certified organic blend contains valerian root, liquorice root, spearmint, chamomile, passionflower and lavender. Each pack contains 20 plant-based pyramid tea bags, giving the herbs room to infuse while offering convenient preparation. Place one pyramid in 250ml of water at 75–85°C and steep for at least 3–5 minutes. Hand packed in Victoria using ingredients sourced from Egypt, India, Poland and China. The clear inner pouch and recycled cardboard packaging are home compostable, while commercial composting is recommended for the plant-based pyramid bags.
