Hafla Certified Organic Eggplant Kasoundi is an Australian-made, spice-led condiment combining organic eggplant and tomatoes with apple cider vinegar, fresh organic ginger, mustard seed, garlic, cold-pressed olive oil, cumin, turmeric and chilli. Vegan, gluten free and dairy free, it can be served alongside meals, added to cheese or antipasto platters, spread on avocado toast, stirred through pasta or spooned over grilled fish. Shelf stable until opened; refrigerate after opening and use within four weeks.
